We present measurements of the B\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK\ensuremathγ branching fractions and upper limits for the B\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K\ensuremathγ branching fractions. For B+\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK+\ensuremathγ we also measure the time-integrated charge asymmetry. The data sample, collected with the BABAR detector at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, represents 232\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 produced BB pairs. The results for branching fractions and upper limits at 90% confidence level in units of 10^\ensuremath-6 are: B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK0\ensuremathγ)=11.3_\ensuremath-2.6+2.8\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.6, B(B+\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK+\ensuremathγ)=10.0\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.3\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.5, B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K0\ensuremathγ)<6.6, B(B+\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K+\ensuremathγ)<4.2. The charge asymmetry in the decay B+\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK+\ensuremathγ is Ach=\ensuremath-0.09\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.12\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.01. The first errors are statistical and the second systematic.
