Abstract

We present measurements of the B\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K branching fractions; for B+\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K+ we measure also the time-integrated charge asymmetry Ach, and for B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'KS0 the time-dependent CP-violation parameters S and C. The data sample corresponds to 232\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 BB pairs produced by e+e^\ensuremath- annihilation at the \ensuremathΥ(4S). The results are B(B\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K+)=(68.9\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi2.0\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.2)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-6, B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'K0)=(67.4\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.3\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.2)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-6, Ach=0.033\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.028\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.005, S=0.30\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.14\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.02, and C=\ensuremath-0.21\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.10\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.02, where the first error quoted is statistical and the second is systematic.
