This release includes the software, a scientific companion paper, a reference benchmark demonstration, and comprehensive documentation covering installation, reproducibility, Open Science principles, and validation procedures. The purpose of this alpha release is to provide a transparent and reproducible research infrastructure while enabling independent evaluation by the scientific community. The focus of this release is the software infrastructure itself—including a versioned scientific object model, W3C PROV provenance capture, reproducible workflows, RO-Crate packaging, and a fixed Scientific Reference Benchmark—rather than the validation of specific Early Warning Signal indicators. This software is intentionally released as Alpha research software. Independent runtime verification, installation validation, and external reproducibility testing (IVP-001) remain documented future milestones and form an integral part of the project’s Open Science philosophy.
