Sensory Product Acceptance tests are common in the industries for personal care and food products, as well as in many academic research streams (e.g., brain research, nutrition science, and psychophysics). This project evaluates how strongly test results depend on the test environment (sensory labs, immersive environments, and actual field settings). Special emphasizes is given the role of immersive technologies in affective consumer research studies and quantitative segmentation of product acceptance ratings.
