We search for B0 meson decays into two-body combinations of K0, \ensuremathη, \ensuremathη^\ensuremath', and \ensuremathφ mesons in 324\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 BB pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e+e^\ensuremath- collider at SLAC. We measure the following branching fractions (upper limits at 90% confidence level) in units of 10^\ensuremath-6: B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathηK0)=1.8_\ensuremath-0.6+0.7\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.1(<2.9), B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη\ensuremathη)=1.1_\ensuremath-0.4+0.5\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.1(<1.8), B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη\ensuremathφ)=0.1\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.2\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.1(<0.6), B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'\ensuremathφ)=0.2_\ensuremath-0.3+0.4\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.1(<1.0), and B(B0\ensuremath→\ensuremathη^\ensuremath'\ensuremathη^\ensuremath')=1.0_\ensuremath-0.6+0.8\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.1(<2.4), where the first error is statistical and the second systematic.
