Abstract

Properties of Regge trajectories for charmonium are studied. Possible interpretations and their implications to newly observed X(3872) are examined. It is found that the mass of X(3872) is consistent with the 1⁺⁺ 2³P₁ and the 2^-+ 1¹D₂ charmonium states.
