Abstract

With the aim of reducing the carbon footprint of local food systems, local food projects (PAT) in France are increasingly proposing actions to transform agricultural and food systems in order to mitigate and adapt to climate change. A participatory workshop provided an opportunity to put these actions into perspective, and to analyze the conditions favouring an acceleration of the agricultural and food transitions underway.
