Cet article se propose d’étudier un corpus de textes théâtraux et spectacles français des années 2020 qui mettent en scène la question de la fin de vie et du deuil. Ces textes et spectacles qui scénarisent le milieu médical et familial proposent des formes dramaturgiques variées qui mettent en scène les corps morts, mourants, soignants et soignés. À travers ce double axe d’analyses dramaturgiques et de processus d’écriture, cet article fait émerger différentes notions, dont celle de « juste distance<sup><a href="#ftn1" name="ftnref1" title="">[1]</a></sup>». Il analyse ensuite comment ces dramaturgies opèrent un travail de mise en présence du corps absent et donc de reconstitution d’un corps-mémoire. Il embrasse enfin une notion plus large de dramaturgies du « care » (Alexandre Gefen). <strong>Abstract</strong> This article aims to study a corpus of French theatrical texts and performances from the 2020s that address the issues of end-of-life and mourning. These texts and performances, which depict medical and familial settings, present various dramaturgical forms that portray dying and deceased bodies, as well as caregivers and patients. Through this dual approach of dramaturgical analysis and writing processes, the article brings forth several concepts, including the idea of “just distance”. It then analyzes how these dramaturgies engage in the task of bringing the absent body into presence, thus reconstructing a body-memory.
