This article gives an analysis of the ongoing digital transformation in the justice sector in Morocco, with the main objective of examining the communication challenges associated with this mutation, both within and outside the judicial administration. To achieve this, we conducted a narrative literature review based on bibliographic sources and online references closely to the key aspects of the research theme. The findings of the study highlight the crucial role of digital technology in the reform of the justice system and its impact on the adoption of a managerial approach. However, this role is conditioned by certain factors. On the one hand, it depends on the staff involvement and his digital literacy. On the other hand, it relies on the necessity to understand users and promote citizen participation. Furthermore, the adoption of new communication paradigms has proven essential for the successful digital transformation of the sector.
