This article examines the role of Moroccan civil society organizations in shaping public opinion through social media around the reform of the Moroccan Family Code. We sought to explore the evolution of the Moudawana over the last 50 years through the prism of variables such as the media environment, the associative fabric, the judiciary, the media sphere, and the communication model. Our research reveals that the current media interaction between these different units will impact judicial practice to family law in Morocco over the coming decades.
