Goldenhar syndrome or oculo-oriculo-vertebral dysplasia is a tow first congenital branchial arc anomalies. There is an ocular auricular vertebral association. Other visceral malformations can be associated parti- cularly cardiac and urogenital abnormalities. We report an observation of three months infant presenting a bilateral congenital nystagmus associated to preauricular appendix in the left side and a mandibular dysostosis revealing Goldenhar syndrome. In all cases of nystagmus, a neuro-pediatric exam must be conducted to find an associated auricular or vertebral anomalies fitting with a Goldenhar syndrome.
