Using samples of (5.93\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.10)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 \ensuremathΥ(3S) decays and (9.11\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.14)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 \ensuremathΥ(2S) decays collected with the CLEO detector, we report improved measurements of the following branching fractions: B(\ensuremathΥ(3S)\ensuremath→\ensuremathΥ(1S)\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-)=(4.46\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.01\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.13)%, B(\ensuremathΥ(2S)\ensuremath→\ensuremathΥ(1S)\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-)=(18.02\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.02\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.61)%, B(\ensuremathΥ(3S)\ensuremath→\ensuremathΥ(1S)\ensuremathπ0\ensuremathπ0)=(2.24\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.09\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.11)%, B(\ensuremathΥ(2S)\ensuremath→\phantom\rule0ex0ex\ensuremathΥ(1S)\ensuremathπ0\ensuremathπ0)=(8.43\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.16\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.42)%, and B(\ensuremathΥ(3S)\ensuremath→\ensuremathΥ(2S)\ensuremathπ0\ensuremathπ0)=(1.82\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.09\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.12)%. In each case, the first uncertainty reported is statistical, while the second is systematic.
