We examine e+e^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→Ds^\ensuremath-Ds*+ and Ds^*\ensuremath-Ds+ interactions at 4170 MeV using the CLEO-c detector in order to measure the decay constant f_Ds+. We use the Ds+\ensuremath→\ensuremathℓ+\ensuremathν channel, where the \ensuremathℓ+ designates either a \ensuremathμ+ or a \ensuremathτ+, when the \ensuremathτ+\ensuremath→\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathν. Analyzing both modes independently, we determine B(Ds+\ensuremath→\ensuremathμ+\ensuremathν)=(0.594\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.066\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.031)%, and B(Ds+\ensuremath→\ensuremathτ+\ensuremathν)=(8.0\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.3\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.4)%. We also analyze them simultaneously to find an effective value of Beff(Ds+\ensuremath→\ensuremathμ+\ensuremathν)=(0.638\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.059\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.033)% and extract f_Ds+=274\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi13\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi7 MeV. Combining with our previous determination of B(D+\ensuremath→\ensuremathμ+\ensuremathν), we also find the ratio f_Ds+/f_D+=1.23\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.11\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.04. We compare to current theoretical estimates. Finally, we find B(Ds+\ensuremath→e+\ensuremathν)<1.3\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-4 at 90% confidence level.
