We report the results of a search for T, CP, and CPT violation in B0\mathrm\text\ensuremath-B0 mixing using an inclusive dilepton sample collected by the BABAR experiment at the PEP-II B factory. Using a sample of 232\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 BB pairs, we measure the T and CP violation parameter |q/p|\ensuremath-1=(\ensuremath-0.8\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi2.7(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.9(syst))\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-3, and the CPT and CP parameters Imz=(\ensuremath-13.9\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi7.3(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.2(syst))\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-3 and \ensuremathΔ\ensuremathΓ\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fiRez=(\ensuremath-7.1\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.9(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi2.0(syst))\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-3 ps^\ensuremath-1. The statistical correlation between the measurements of Imz and \ensuremathΔ\ensuremathΓ\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fiRez is 76%.
