We present a measurement of the time-dependent CP-violating asymmetries in neutral B decays to the \ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-CP eigenstate, and an updated measurement of the charge asymmetry in B0\ensuremath→K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath- decays. In a sample of 33 million \ensuremathΥ(4S)\ensuremath→BB decays collected with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric B factory, we find 65_\ensuremath-11+12 \ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath- and 217\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi18 K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath- candidates and measure the asymmetry parameters S_\ensuremathπ\ensuremathπ=0.03_\ensuremath-0.56+0.53\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.11, C_\ensuremathπ\ensuremathπ=\ensuremath-0.25_\ensuremath-0.47+0.45\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.14, and A_K\ensuremathπ=\ensuremath-0.07\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.08\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.02, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic.
