Abstract

nanoparticle is a novel antioxidant nanomedicine that synergistically attenuates ROS-mediated damage and ferroptotic cell death in hepatic IRI. These findings highlight a promising strategy for protecting organs from ischemia-reperfusion damage by targeting oxidative stress and ferroptosis with responsive biomaterial carriers.
