Abstract

Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a systemic, immune-mediated fibroinflammatory disorder characterized by tumor-like organ enlargement, dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates, and storiform fibrosis.1 Early diagnosis is challenging when IgG4-RD presents as isolated palatal gland nodules, a rare and frequently overlooked manifestation of oral involvement.
