Abstract

A cost-effective copper-catalyzed method synthesizes β-amino ketones from allyl alcohols and substituted anilines in 2-methyl-THF at 60 °C, using hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) as the oxidant and cesium carbonate as the base.
