Artikli eesmärk on anda ülevaade kriminaaltulu võimalikku ulatust käsitlenud analüüsist Eestis, vaadelda analüüsi järel kajastatud organiseeritud kuritegevuse ilminguid ning võrrelda lähiriikide suutlikkust tulu teeniva kuritegevusega võitlemisel. The aim of the article is to provide an overview of the analysis of the potential scope of criminal proceeds in Estonia , to look at the manifestations of organised crime reported following the analysis, and to compare the capacity of neighbouring countries to tackle crime for profit.
