This article provides a list of non-lichenised ascomycetes new for France. The taxa are presented as brief notes with indication of location, habitat, and some taxonomic data. This fifth series deals with the following species: Azbukinia ferruginea, Barbatosphaeria arboricola, Bryocentria octosporelloides, Diplogelasinospora grovesii and Hansenopezia decora.
