This article provides a list of non-lichenised ascomycetes considered as new for France. The taxa are presented as brief notes with indication of location, habitat, and some taxonomic data. This second series deals with the following species: Valsaria lopadostomoides, Lophiostoma caespitosum, Allocryptovalsa rabenhorstii, Pseudolachnea fraxini, and Cenangium alnicola.
