Male breast cancer is rare. It accounts for 0.2% of all cancers and 1% of all breast cancers. Most patients present with advancedstage and studies indicate overall survival ranging from 6 months to 3 years. Here we report a case of bilateral male breast cancerwho has survived more than 25 years posttreatment.
