This article presents the results of a participatory workshop on organizational innovations in natural resource management. The workshop aimed to identify barriers and levers to the implementation, consolidation and dissemination of such innovations. Participants discussed internal and external factors that promote the emergence and sustainability of initiatives, as well as dissemination strategies. The example of SCIC Agamy Vignobles, a multi-stakeholders cooperative created to preserve agricultural land, served as a starting point. In conclusion, it was emphasized that agro-ecological transition requires substantial financial, technical and human resources, as well as support from associations and public policies to promote and disseminate innovation.
