The local supply of mass catering is an issue for many territories. The lack of tools to support the structuration of these new types of supply and thus provide the best support to agricultural sectors and local and regional authorities is one of the main obstacles to the development of local products in catering. The REALISAB project aims at producing tools to assist and advise farmers and their collective organizations on one hand, local authorities and their catering halls on the other hand, towards organization systems that are achievable and realistic in order to develop a reliable, sustainable and profitable market to adjust supply and demand in catering local supply.
