The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digitization technologies into public administration is transforming governance models worldwide. This article explores the role of these technologies in enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and decision-making processes of public services. By analyzing current applications, such as automated service delivery and data-driven policymaking, the study highlights their potential benefits, including reduced costs, improved accessibility, and streamlined operations. However, challenges such as technical limitations, ethical concerns, and regulatory gaps are also addressed. The findings underscore the necessity for a balanced approach that combines innovation with ethical and legal safeguards. Recommendations for policymakers include investing in AI infrastructure, workforce training, and robust governance frameworks. This research contributes to the understanding of AI’s transformative potential and offers a roadmap for its effective implementation in public administration.
