The article is devoted to the assessment of the “repair project” of the Polish Criminal Code, presented by the Ministry of Justice on 28 October 2024. The author evaluates selected proposed amendments of the Polish Criminal Code, which are mainly devoted to the principles of punishment. In this work, he uses the legislative materials, emphasizing both their positive and negative aspects.
