Uzbekistan’s information and library infrastructure is unique. It consists of four levels of management (the National Library, the Republican Information and Library Center (RILC), ILC (regional level), ILC (district level). On the one hand, this complicates the interaction, on the other hand, it allows using this hierarchy to optimize the information provision of the population. The aim of the research is to increase the efficiency of library management at different levels through the proposed model of interaction and distribution of functions between libraries from national to mahalla. Special attention is paid to solving the tasks of human resources, software and hardware.
