AUTHORITIES OF THE PROSECUTION BODIES OF UZBEKISTAN AND TURKEY AND ISSUES OF THEIR CLASSIFICATION

Abstract

This article covers in detail the competencies of the prosecutor's offices of Uzbekistan and Turkey and the issues of their classification. The author also puts forward specific proposals for improving the powers of the prosecutor’s office of Uzbekistan based on the experience of Turkey. In particular, based on the best experience of the national legislation of Turkey, it is proposed to adopt the Law “On the powers of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, which will allow concentrating the powers of the prosecutor in one place.
