This work presents a fundamental distinction between Action as the Objective (Universal Cause) and Reaction as the Subjective (Human Observation). Modern science often mistakes reactions—what is measurable—as objective truth, while the true Cause remains beyond human reach. Observation, by its nature, is subjective and therefore cannot reveal the complete reality. According to this model, a “fact” is only that which is repeatable; yet no phenomenon is truly repeatable in its original form because 99% of its underlying parameters remain hidden, known only to Allah. What humans access is merely the observable 1%. Creation itself is an effect of the Divine Command “Kun” (Be), just as a dent on wood is an effect of the axe strike. The dent can be copied, but the original hidden factors — the precise force, angle, material conditions, and the Divine Will governing them — cannot be replicated. This is why the universe cannot be recreated or reproduced by any human effort. The fine-tuning of cosmic constants further demonstrates this point: even a 0.00001% variation would render stars, water, and life impossible. Such precision indicates that creation arises from a Cause beyond scientific reconstruction. This model also establishes the 99% Rule: What we observe is only 1% of reality; the remaining 99% remains concealed within the ongoing Divine Command. The command “Kun” was not a one-time act. The universe is still in a state of creation, still collapsing toward outcomes. Just as wavefunction collapse depends on observation in quantum mechanics, in this framework every reality collapses through niyyah (intention) under Divine Will. Because the Divine Command never ceases, reality never reaches completion. When this command stops, every superposition will collapse fully, the unseen 99% will become visible, and reality will appear in its complete form. This moment corresponds to Qiyamah (the Day of Resurrection). This work integrates measurement error, metaphysics, Qur’anic interpretation, and quantum-inspired reasoning to explain why perceived reality is incomplete, why human replication fails, and why the true Cause remains solely with Allah.
