This paper presents a unified metaphysical framework that re-examines human choice, free will, and destiny through an integrative lens combining quantum mechanics (conceptually), philosophy of mind, and Islamic theology. The central proposal is that intention (niyat) functions as the decisive collapse mechanism within a superposition of prewritten outcomes. The model argues that while all possible outcomes are already inscribed within divine knowledge (taqdeer), it is human intention that selects which specific path manifests in lived reality. In this sense, determinism acts as a repository of possibilities, while free will operates as a selector through intentional alignment. Drawing an analogy with quantum superposition and collapse, the paper emphasizes that collapse does not occur automatically through observation or circumstance alone, but through intentional direction shaped by internal conviction and external influence. Satanic temptation is framed not as a force that enacts outcomes, but as a presenter of options, preserving full human responsibility for collapse through choice. Supported by Qur’anic verses and Prophetic tradition, the framework offers a compatibilist resolution to the classical tension between divine determinism and human agency. The work is presented as a conceptual and philosophical contribution rather than an empirical or physical theory, aiming to facilitate interdisciplinary dialogue across philosophy, theology, consciousness studies, and interpretive models of quantum reality.
