Given a finite group G, a group X is called a dihedral-product group of G if X=GD where D is a finite dihedral group. In particular, it is called a dihedral-skew product group of G if G∩ D=1 and D has a trivial core in X. In this paper, dihedral-skew product groups of all nonabelian simple groups are classified and dihedral-product groups of all nonabelian simple groups are characterized.
