Abstract

We describe a model M₃^comb for the boundary of the connectedness locus M^sy₃ of the parameter space of cubic symmetric polynomials p_c(z)=z³-3c²z. We show that there exists a monotone continuous function π:∂ M_c^sy→ M₃^comb which is a homeomorphism if M^sy₃ is locally connected.
