This study was focused on examination of the species sustainability and the potential of the alternative greening mixture for the use as green manure. The species composition was evaluated during 2023–2025 by vegetation survey, abundance of the biomass produced by particular plant species, and its mineral composition. The herb mixture allowed to control for plant weeds already in the second year after sowing. It was characterized by higher initial biomass production, especially alfalfa, however which start to disappear during the third year. The difference between the mineral profiles of grass and herb mixtures was linked with the occurrence of legumes which were characterized by higher N, Ca, Mg, B, Fe, and Mn content in the biomass dry weight. The used herb mixture proved to have and significant potential for providing mineral nutrients to fruit trees via green manure.
