Abstract

This study examined the pacing profiles during a 6-minute distance trial (6minDT) and an 1800-m time trial (1800mTT) used to estimate MAS in highly trained male academy soccer players. It also assessed the consistency of pacing strategies across tests by analysing both within- [between-test] and between-athlete [within-test] variability in pacing performance.
