This is the supplementary code for the submitted manuscript Optimal designs for identifying effective doses in drug combination studies by Leonie Schürmeyer, Ludger Sandig, Jorrit Kühne, Leonie T. Hezler, Bernd-Wolfgang Igl, and Kirsten Schorning. It includes both the code to find the optimal designs and the code to run the simulation study. This version corresponds to the second revision of the manuscript.
