Introduction: Post-infectious Bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) is arare but serious condition. It is often misdia- gnosed and its management is not codified. We reported fourcases ofpediatric BO. Observation: The mean age ofourfourpatientswas 20 months. Theypresented an initial severeviral pneumonia, duetotheinfluenzavirusintwocasesandcontinuedtodemonstrateobstructiverespiratory events which did not respond to bronchodilators. Theywere oxygeno-dependent. Further investigations (sweattest, immuneexplorations, andechocardiography)werenormal. ChestCTscanshowedamosaic perfusion in all cases. The diagnosis ofpost-viral BOwas made. Thetreatment consisted on ahigh dose corticosteroids,azithromycinandlong-termoxygentherapy. Animprovementwasobservedinbothcases. One patient continued to have serious exacerbations and another chronic respiratory failure. Conclusion:Thediagnosisofpost-viralBOinchildreniswelldefined,howeveritsmanagementremains difficult and not codified.
