Abstract

We give a proof of Lusztig's conjectural multiplicity formula for\nnon-restricted modules over the De Concini-Kac type quantized enveloping\nalgebra at the \ℓ-th root of unity, where \ℓ is an odd prime power\nsatisfying certain reasonable conditions.\n
