Abstract

We present a preliminary measurement of the branching fraction and CP-violating parameters S and C for the decay B->omegaKs. The data sample corresponds to 232x10⁶ BBbar pairs produced from e+e- annihilation at the Upsilon(4S) resonance. We measure B(omegaK0)=(5.9+/-1.0+/-0.4)x10^-6, S=0.50+0.34-0.38+/-0.02 and C=-0.56+0.29-0.27+/-0.03.
