We calculate the one-loop corrections to the Higgs boson masses within the context of the MSSM with Non-Minimal Flavor Violation in the squark sector. We take into account all the relevant restrictions from BR(B -> Xs gamma), BR(Bs -> mu+ mu-) and ΔMBs. We find sizable corrections to the lightest Higgs boson mass that are considerably larger than the expected ILC precision for acceptable values of the mixing parameters deltas. We find deltaLRct and deltaRLct specially relevant, mainly at low tan beta.
