Lung transplantation refers to a surgical procedure where one patient's lung is transplanted into another patient through surgical implantation, offering a surgical treatment option for patients with end-stage lung disease to achieve optimal lung function recovery. Lung transplantation has currently emerged as the gold standard treatment for end-stage lung diseases. Recipients often suffer from various psychological issues after surgery, such as anxiety, depression, and identity confusion, which may impact their recovery and quality of life. Existing researches predominantly focus on the psychological issues of lung transplant recipients or the behavioral interventions that medical staff can offer, failing to provide comprehensive guidance for self-adjustment of lung transplant recipients. Moreover, there are great differences in the quality of the original studies, evidence levels, and the indicators of psychological outcome included in different relevant systematic reviews, leading to varying research quality and conclusions that could influence clinical decisions. Therefore, it is imperative to summarize the relevant studies so as to offer evidence-based support for the summary of psychological issues and self-adjustment methods for lung transplant recipients. As a method of comprehensive research on systematic reviews related to a specific issue, overviews of systematic review can assess the quality of Meta-analyses/Systematic Reviews (MAs/SRs) and provide comprehensive, systematic, and high-quality evidence to guide clinical decision-making.Therefore, this study will use the method of overviews of systematic review to sort out and summarize existing systematic review studies.The AMSTAR 2 scale, PRISMA 2020 checklist, ENTREQ guidelines, GRADE system, and the CERQual tool were used to comprehensively, systematically and scientifically evaluate the reporting quality, methodology, and evidence quality level of relevant systematic reviews, so as to provide decision-making reference for future researches and clinical practice.
