Abstract
Design of a teaching proposal on basic concepts of technical drawing in the seventh grade of high schoolThe objective of this research is to design a teaching proposal to promote the understanding and meaning of the basic concepts of the General Technical Drawing in the students of the Seventh grade of high school of the Instituto Técnico Industrial Pascual Bravo, through the use of ICT tools, TAC and TEP.This was accomplished through the intervention of three specific objectives, which proposed the promotion of active, participatory and autonomous learning, the application of ICT in technical drawing and the development of critical reflection in the students. For this purpose, the qualitative research methodology was taken into account, with an action research approach, from which a description was given of each of the results linked to the constant work between the students and the teacher. It should be clarified that there were different results, however, the most significant is related to the fact that the students were able to identify the basic elements of the construction of cubes or isometric prisms, and also recognized the opposite and equal faces. They also recognized the number of vertices formed by joining the lines and the importance of keeping the correct position of the drawing squares for an efficient construction of the isometric drawing.
