This project investigates the Keyora HydraCera 5-in-1 oral nutritional intervention for deep skin hydration and stratum corneum barrier repair (reducing TEWL). The formulation combines medium-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (400 kDa, 240 mg/day), fish cardiac bulb–derived elastin peptides (100 mg/day), high-purity Ceramide NP 99.5% (2 mg/day), niacinamide (10 mg/day), and vitamin C (200 mg/day). Together, these form a “structural hydration triad (HA + elastin peptides + vitamin C)” and a “functional barrier/brightening dyad (Ceramide NP + niacinamide)”, creating a five-pathway synergistic system. Clinical evaluation will follow dermatological standards, quantifying stratum corneum hydration (Corneometer), transepidermal water loss (TEWL, Tewameter), skin elasticity (Cutometer), and skin tone evenness. This project, grounded in the Keyora systems-nutrition framework, aims to elucidate the dose–mechanism–phenotype relationship and to stratify suitable population subgroups for targeted intervention.
