Abstract

It is imperative to start considering an organizational dynamic in the healthcare field, with a therapeutic bond but also with preventive approaches. The focus should be on teams that are trained and educated through longitudinal actions, and, when necessary, referring to specialized therapeutic support after determination by the multidisciplinary team. In this way, by creating this system of horizontal/longitudinal vision, it is possible to establish a strong bond between the team and the user, moving away from the centralized view of one professional making decisions about all aspects of the individual user, where often the complaint is linked to the professional’s area of expertise.
