The article analyzes the articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the constitutions of a number of foreign countries on the right to adequate housing, as well as examines international standards and national legislation in the field of ensuring the right to adequate housing. Based on the results of the study, the author offers specific proposals aimed at preventing human rights violations in this area.
