Abstract

The innovative objective of the work undertaken was to develop an immunoassay tracer for immnuno enzymatic detection of chrysophsins and their monitoring for fish’s health statement in fish farming areas. Thus, herein we obtained a serum and a polyclonal antibody following rabbit immunization able of detecting fish mucus chrysophsins.
