In this slide deck we dive into generative artificial intelligence for bio-image data analysis and discuss limitations and opportunities. We'll use large language models and vision language models for Counting objects in images Deciding what algorithms to use for processing images Writing code for image analysis Finally, we'll look into AI agents analysing image data automatically.
