Using 980.6 fb^\ensuremath-1 of data collected with the Belle detector operating at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e^\ensuremath- collider, we present a measurement of the branching fraction of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay \mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→p\ensuremathω. A clear \mathrm\ensuremathΛc+ signal is observed for \mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→p\ensuremathω with a statistical significance of 9.1 standard deviations, and we measure the ratio of branching fractions B(\mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→p\ensuremathω)/B(\mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→pK^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)=\phantom\rule0ex0ex(1.32\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.12(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.10(syst))\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-2, from which we infer the branching fraction B(\mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→p\ensuremathω)=\phantom\rule0ex0ex(8.27\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.75(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.62(syst)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.42(ref))\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-4. The first quoted uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic, and the third from the reference mode \mathrm\ensuremathΛc+\ensuremath→pK^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+.
