A generalization of P\phantom\rule00exT-scattering theory to nonstatic systems is developed, unveiling characteristics such as CPA-laser operation and bidirectional invisibility. The results may lead to the creation of novel non-Hermitian devices that exploit the tunability and reconfigurability of time-Floquet systems.
