Abstract

The chiral corrections to the magnetic moments of the spin-(1)/(2) doubly charmed baryons are systematically investigated up to next-to-next-to-leading order with heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory. The numerical results are calculated up to next-to-leading order: \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞcc++=\ensuremath-0.25\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞcc+=0.85\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΩcc+=0.78\ensuremathμN. We also calculate the magnetic moments of the other doubly heavy baryons, including the doubly bottom baryons (bbq) and the doubly heavy baryons containing a light quark, a charm quark, and a bottom quark (bcq and [bc]q): \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞbb0=\ensuremath-0.84\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞbb^\ensuremath-=0.26\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΩbb^\ensuremath-=0.19\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞ_bcq+=\ensuremath-0.54\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞ_bcq0=0.56\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΩ_bcq0=0.49\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞ[bc]q+=0.69\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΞ[bc]q0=\ensuremath-0.59\ensuremathμN, \ensuremathμ_\mathrm\ensuremathΩ[bc]q0=0.24\ensuremathμN.
