Abstract

Two suitable approaches are presently used for augmentation of saddle noses: the traditional endonasal approach (utilizing minimal incisions with precise pocket preparation and limited tissue undermining), and the more involved external or open approach (requiring more extensive incisions and undermining, but providing binocular vision, bimanual surgical capabilities, and a direct approach to septal deformities)
